Some items cannot be added to your shopping cart because they are subject to availability or additional shipping charges. Return / Refund Policy:

To avoid returns we suggest you ask about any product you are unsure about & their warranties before you order. Creative Coral Reef is staffed with extremely knowledgeable hobbyists who are trained in all the products we sell.

Warranties:

Creative Coral Reef is an authorized distributor of all products advertised on our website. When you purchase any product from Creative Coral Reef you are entitled to its manufacturer’s warranty against defective merchandise. If your product is not functioning properly, please e-mail us at customerservice@creativecoralreef.com as soon as possible (but not later than 30 days from purchase). In most instances, our Tech Support can assist you in diagnosing and resolving your product problems. However, in rare instances a product is defective. In such case, we will replace the product with an even exchange of the same item, subject to in-stock availability. Damaged items sent back to Creative Coral Reef will to be sent to the manufacturer for evaluation and inspection and replacement items will ship the same day the manufacturer approves a replacement. Products designated as “all sales final”, “no returns” or similar language may not be returned and warranty claims require direct contact with the manufacturer of the product.

Several of our major manufacturers’ policies require that you contact them directly for assistance regarding their products. Furthermore, some of our major manufacturers have a staff trained specifically to service their product line. These manufacturers will support, repair, return or replace the product in accordance with their own policies.
